My voicemail light was blinking. I picked up a message from my teenage son asking me to call and his voice sounded uneasy. I called him at home to find that my iPad had fallen off the fireplace mantel. The screen was cracked in several places, but the iPad was still functional. I became silent. He asked if I was OK and I told him I was very upset and that I would talk to him later. (more…)
